1. Who we are

FITTS is a facial-analysis studio operated by Ten Year, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business in Charleston, West Virginia (“FITTS,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions: support@fitts.studio.

2. What we collect

Account information — your name, email address, and credentials when you create an account.
Photographs — portrait photos you choose to upload for a reading.
Facial measurements — landmarks, proportions, and measurements our software derives from your photos in order to produce your analysis and styled looks. See section 3.
Billing information — your billing address (used to calculate sales tax) and payment records. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor; we never see or store your card number.
Usage information — basic records of how the service is used (pages visited, features used, device and browser type) to operate and improve the studio.

3. Facial data — collected with care

Facial geometry is sensitive. We collect and process it only with your consent, given when you upload a photograph, and only to deliver the service you asked for: your reading and your commissioned looks. Specifically:

We use your photos and derived measurements only to produce your analysis and looks. We do not use them for advertising, we do not sell or lease them, and we do not use them to identify you or anyone else.
Trained reviewers on our expert desk may view your photos and measurements to verify and correct the analysis — a human quality check, under confidentiality obligations.
Your photos and measurements are retained while your account is active and deleted when you delete your account or ask us to delete them (section 7).

4. Service providers

We share data only with the processors that run the service, bound by their own confidentiality and security obligations:

Cloudflare — application hosting and file storage.
Google (Gemini) — AI processing used to generate analysis and looks.
Stripe — payment processing and sales-tax calculation.
Neon — database hosting.
Resend — transactional email (receipts, invitations, account messages).

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

5. How we use information

To provide the service: readings, looks, credit purchases, and support.
To process payments and collect legally required sales tax.
To secure the service and prevent abuse.
To comply with law, including tax and accounting obligations.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted to what each role requires, and payment credentials never touch our servers. No system is perfectly secure, but we design as though your face deserves the same care as your card number — because it does.

7. Your rights and choices

You may access, correct, or delete your information at any time from your account settings, or by writing to support@fitts.studio. Deleting your account removes your photos and derived facial measurements from the service. We may retain payment and tax records as required by law.

8. Children

FITTS is for adults. You must be 18 or older to use the service, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date, and for material changes we will tell you by email or in the app before they take effect.
